Vincent Bartolome, Senior Home Lending Advisor

Chase Private Client

In 2020, Vincent Bartolome closed over 210 loans, upwards of $70 million, all while maintaining high customer service scores.

Bartolome, a senior home lending advisor with Chase Private Client, has worked in lending for 21 years and has reached Chase Home Lending National Achiever status seven times.

“I always listen to my clients’ goals and needs and align all recommendations to help achieve them,” he says. “I’m driven by client success; not money or other gains.”

Known for excellence in service and communication, he provides clients with step-by-step guidance throughout the process. Clients appreciate that he is available, provides details, responds quickly, is easy to work with and takes the time to educate them.

“I clearly explain the details, including all the great news and the possible red flags,” he says. “This allows the process to be smoother and enables us to get ahead of anything that can cause a delay or issue.”

He begins the process by listening intently to clients goals, educating them about credit, income and down payment requirements and ensuring they are ready to be pre-approved at the first appointment.

Prior to lending, he was a marketing manager, honing his customer service skills managing high-level accounts. Born in the Philippines, Bartolome lived there for eight years before coming to America. Naturally, he is bilingual: fluent in Tagalog, the primary language in the Philippines, as well as English.

“Living in harder conditions taught me to be thankful in all circumstances,” he says. “There were also many hardworking people around who were great examples for me.”

Growing up, his family was always involved in their church and serving others, which helped shape his desire to work for the benefit of others. He volunteers in the community through his local church and enjoys coaching his kids in baseball and soccer. Bartolome and his wife of 18 years have four children.
