Adele Lang and Jen Vest, team co-founders, along with team agent Liz Zollner, specialize in the North Side and surrounding suburbs, with a special focus on the Ravenswood, Lincoln Square, Uptown and Roscoe Village neighborhoods. Their clients value their innovative approach to home renovations and strategic marketing, and that they demystify the home purchase process to help clients turn plans into reality.

Under the guidance of Lang and Vest, Two Door Group shares one vision when serving clients. “We carry equal ambition to work hard and grow, and our strengths complement each other,” Lang says. “By combining our expertise and resources, we’re able to not only expand our capacity and perfect our systems, but to better serve our clients, too.”

As self-described “type-A data nerds,” the Two Door Group found that their positive mindset and gratitude were the mental discipline that drove them to succeed in 2020. “We adapted quickly to FaceTime appointments, increased video content, virtual open houses and remote closings,” they explain. Zollner joined Two Door Group in 2020.

The power of gratitude isn’t lost on Lang, Vest and Zollner, or their growing team. “Each day, we take stock of the people and the opportunities around us, and we remind ourselves we have a good thing going,” Vest remarks. “We’ve been fortunate to have great mentors, and we’re grateful to serve such amazing clients — many of whom have become friends and neighbors. This year, we’re immensely proud of our team’s expansion, and we’ve got even bigger plans in the works.”

Regular volunteer work is an important part of Lang’s, Vest’s and Zollner’s lives outside of real estate. Causes that Two Door Group champions include volunteering at community kitchens and serving on the boards of neighborhood associations, as well as supporting the nonprofit The Bloc.
