Sara O’Connor, Vice President, Commercial and Residential Sales

Greater Illinois Title Company

With every transaction, Sara O’Connor partners with real estate professionals to help them navigate transactions smoothly. “I am here to help you build your business and partner with you throughout the process,” says O’Connor, vice president of commercial and residential sales with Greater Illinois Title Company. “I understand that every transaction is different, and I strive to make the process as painless as possible.”

O’Connor has 20 years of experience in real estate, serving both the Chicagoland market and the nation with a focus on multifamily, commercial, residential and REO transactions. “My commitment to you is to exceed your expectations of customer service and perform my job with the highest integrity and professionalism,” she says. “I want to build long lasting relationships and help you build your business and service all your needs.”

Because she works with a wide variety of clients, O’Connor knows communication is the key to a successful relationship. By simply getting to know her clients and their unique needs, she’s been able to assist them in many facets of their businesses and lives. “If we are on the same page through understanding, we are in great shape for success,” she says. “I believe in building genuine, long-lasting relationships and connecting my referral partners to others to help them grow. That is my passion.”

She is proud that the company kept closings going without interruption during the pandemic. “Change and adversity is great,” she says. “We made it through by leading each other in the unknown and it turns out, we will keep the new way of closings, because it’s more efficient.” Not only did the team evolve for the better, but also, O’Connor doubled her volume.

To give back, she is an associate board member of the Harold Eisenberg Foundation, which supports cancer research and education, and 2022 co-chair of its annual Eisenopoly fundraiser.
