Real estate is a family business for @properties broker Paul Mancini, whose father is a real estate attorney and brother is a vice president at Guaranteed Rate.
Those connections have empowered Mancini to create a one-stop-shop for his clients, who work with his father and brother to seamlessly wrap deals together and answer any questions his clients may have through the process.
Mancini launched his career in sales at the Chicago-based tech company Groupon and parlayed those skills into his real estate business. “At Groupon, I got very comfortable working with all types of people in various industries. Being a top sales representative there, I negotiated my way through a lot of deals with positivity.”
“After having a successful career at Groupon for a number of years, it was a clear choice to start a career in real estate, something I’ve always wanted to do,” he says.
Mancini, who was born and raised in Hinsdale and has lived in Chicago for more than a decade, works primarily in the downtown and Hinsdale markets. He says making himself accessible to clients is his No. 1 priority because his round-the-clock service shows his level of commitment to getting them the best deal. “My clients also appreciate the fact that I am a skilled negotiator and trust that I am advancing their interests,” he says. “My clients know they can reach me at any time and that I will always put them first. I over communicate to ensure they are not left blind in the process and help guide them through to closing.”
Doing whatever it takes to get the deal done has made Mancini among the top producers in the Chicago market for the last several years. In 2020, he was the No. 2 individual @properties agent companywide, and in 2018, 2019 and 2020 he was recognized as a Top 1% Real Estate Producer by the company.
