Olin Eargle, Real Estate Advisor & Team Lead

The OSC Team, @properties

A veritable asset to Chicago’s real estate industry, Olin Eargle ensures a successful transaction, whether he’s the first broker on the job or the third they’ve hired. “I’ve been described as a ‘real estate surgeon’ because I can put the pieces of a failed sales attempt back together,” he declares. As a real estate advisor and team lead for The OSC Team at @properties, he offers concierge-level HOUSE-pitality working alongside his team of brokers and a client service manager to serve buyers, sellers and investors throughout the North Side of Chicago and the North Shore.

Prior to becoming a broker 12 years ago, he earned a degree in advertising and marketing before jumping into the high-pressure environment of Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studios. Since transitioning to real estate, he’s become an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Certified Negotiations Expert, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource and a recipient of the National Association of Realtors’ Graduate, Realtor Institute designation. “I love what I do,” he says, noting that despite his nonlinear path to the industry, he’s found a career in which he excels. “I attribute my success and my stream of referrals to my relaxed yet professional business style and the close bonds I share with my clients,” he continues. “I take this responsibility personally.”

Celebrating his most successful year to date, he found a silver lining to the pandemic. “People were really focusing this past year on what ‘home’ meant to them, and I took it upon myself to be available to help individuals and families safely navigate their search,” he says. “I am so happy to have been a part of their journey.”

Outside of real estate, he is an executive board member and Signature Events Committee chair for the LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illinois, as well as a member of Referral Exchange BNI’s Chicago chapter.
