Nicole Flores, Real Estate Agent

Dream Town Realty

Oftentimes, clients tell Nicole Flores “I always feel better when I talk to you” or they ask her “how do you do this job and always stay so calm with all of the ups and downs?”

With 16 years of experience, it’s easy. “In a market such as this, I have won the majority of bidding wars we have been in by educating our clients and preparing them for what may be,” says Flores, a real estate agent with Dream Town Realty. She represents buyers and sellers in Edgebrook, the town she and her husband have raised five children in, as well as Wildwood, Forest Glen, Sauganash, Jefferson Park, Portage Park and Lincolnwood. A skilled certified negotiator and listing agent, she knows how to prepare a home for showings and get it sold for top dollar.

“I am always eager to do better and beat my previous success,” she says. “So far, it has been working out well.” In 2019 and 2020, Flores was the No. 1 agent in Edgebrook, Wildwood, Sauganash and Forest Glen.

Extremely patient, there is a calmness about her that clients can feel. “I am here to carry as much of the pressure for them as I can,” she says. “I always put each client’s needs first and start from there. I think that is key no matter what the situation is.

Before real estate, Flores worked as a bank teller and within a few years became the youngest branch manager the financial institution had ever hired. After she and her husband had a disappointing experience with their real estate agent, she decided to become licensed, per her husband’s suggestion, and the rest is history.

She is on the board of Everyday Edgebrook, a supporter of local businesses, and has run a warm coat and clothing drive with New Hope Food Pantry for over a decade. In addition, she supports the Danny Did foundation to prevent seizures.
