Lydia Memeti & Rina Anaya

The Memeti Group, RE/MAX Legends

Lydia Memeti, Team Leader & Broker

Rina Anaya, Real Estate Broker

This powerhouse team of women has over 40 years’ experience combined. Every new year has been a successful one, adding millions to the closing table. During their span of almost a decade together, the team has been very successful and been recognized with various awards — top-producer awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement award (and designated among the top 1% worldwide), best of Homesnap, best of Zillow from 2018 to 2020, and a channel 7 news buyers report, to mention just a few.

Lydia Memeti and Rina Anaya accredit their success to being able to adapt to the challenging markets we are facing. “We help our clients navigate the waters of the homebuying process,” Anaya says. “We don’t say no, ever. We just figure out a way to make it work. We break records and make it happen. Over the past couple years we have really been focusing on and expanding into the luxury market and upscale homes. We have been covering a wide range of areas, including Burr Ridge, Oak Brook, Naperville and Downers Grove. It has been an amazing journey thus far.”

The Memeti Group recently launched the RE/MAX Legends office in Oak Brook and offers streamlined services, including financing, inspections and legal assistance. “Our team also spans several generations, which gives our clients flexibility,” Memeti says. “They also love the fact that we are available 24/7 and they can call just one team member and get all of the questions answered.”

When they aren’t selling real estate, the two enjoy family time with their children —and Lydia, with her grandchildren. Both of them being mothers first is the hub of the team. It’s taught them how to care and nurture their clients. “Without true knowledge and caring for our clients, none of this would be possible,” they say. “We look forward to the years to come, growing as a family and as a team.”
