With a strong talent for negotiation and advocating fiercely for her clients, Lisa Mullen passionately has her clients’ best interests at heart. A Realtor and certified staging consultant at d’aprile properties in Arlington Heights, Mullen serves residential buyers and sellers throughout Chicago’s northwestern and western suburbs. “Meeting my clients’ needs and getting them to the closing table are my biggest priorities,” she declares.
Growing up in La Grange Park, Mullen can trace her passion for real estate back to her childhood in the village. “One of my first jobs in high school was managing the front desk at a real estate company,” she recalls.
A former loan officer, Mullen became a Realtor in 2014 and has since earned accolades from d’aprile properties that include the Silver Key Award, the Do What’s Right Award, the Above and Beyond Award and the Dharma Award. However, she says her greatest reward is being on the receiving end of her past clients’ referrals. “Being entrusted with their friends and families is an honor,” she says.
Known for her eye for design, Mullen is a proud DIYer and never lets the fear of failure or the prospect of an unfamiliar project stand in the way of doing whatever she can to get a home sold. “I’m not afraid to get dirty, and I will go above and beyond for my clients, whether that’s painting rooms, laying flooring or staging a photo shoot,” she insists. “I’ll also take the time to get to know the agent on the other side of the transaction. Sometimes the communication you have with the co-op agent or the loan officer can make or break a deal.”
