Kimberly Evetts, Realtor, @properties

Director of Events, Real Estate to the Rescue

A great real estate agent doesn’t just sell properties; they sell themselves, too. From the first showing to the closing table, Kimberly Evetts, a Chicagoland Realtor with @properties and event director for the nonprofit organization Real Estate to the Rescue, exhibits confidence, a positive attitude and personable service that reflects her brand.

“It’s incredibly humbling when my clients hire me and entrust me with the biggest and most important investment they’ve ever made,” says Evetts. “I make it a point to treat each client as though they are my only client.”

A testament to her knowledge, resources and work ethic, all of Evetts’ business is 100% referral-based. She makes the homebuying and selling experience one that a client finds to be memorable and unforgettable. She is always top of mind. When clients work with her, they receive her signature, hands-on customer service and access to accurate, up-to-the-minute market data and her vast professional network of home inspectors, contractors, mortgage lenders and real estate attorneys.

At the initial meet-and-greet, Evetts presents clients with an overview of the process, answers questions and manages expectations. “Once they sign on the dotted line, the rest is in my hands,” she says. “I take the burden and stress off their shoulders.” Part of that involves familiarizing herself with her clients’ needs and the neighborhoods they’ll soon call home.

Evetts has worked in the real estate industry since 2013. As the first college graduate in her family, she relied heavily on her networking skills to build the personal relationships that are THE foundation of her successful real estate business. Whether it’s helping pets find forever families through Real Estate to the Rescue, fostering a dog herself for Paws with a Cause, or seamlessly guiding clients through real estate transactions, Evetts is passionate about investing in her clients and communities.
