Kacia Snyder, Broker Associate

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, real estate had to pivot just a quickly as many other industries. That’s where Kacia Snyder, broker associate at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, was able to really show off the speed and tenacity earned on the soccer field, in the gym and in other areas of her personal and professional life.

“My clients describe me as professional, extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the market,” Snyder says of her quick-thinking, engaging demeanor. “I am known for navigating clients through different strategies to get to the closing table.” Able to shift quickly and seamlessly during events like the unpredictable past year and its wildly hot market seen in so many U.S. cities, Snyder has embraced new technology and virtual/remote means of showing properties. She’s even been able to serve two clients who were out of state and trusted her to help them select a property, sight unseen, via the Zoom virtual tours she offers.

“Yes, it’s an exciting experience to buy or sell a home, but it can also be unwanted stress,” Snyder admits. “I strive to give them realistic expectations, knowledge and transparency, and I always remain optimistic, confident and patient.” For her, the No. 1 priority is a customer’s experience. This priority set has helped her achieve a ranking among the top 8% of Chicago real estate brokers. It’s also helped build her a book of repeat clients and referrals that keep her business humming along while allowing her to form true relationships with her clients and their families. “I enjoy connecting with people and truly understanding their needs prior to beginning the home search or sale process.”

Never losing sight of the goal, Snyder treats every client with a level of care and concern that rivals what she would apply to her own home. “My goal is to treat every client as if they were my only client,” she says.
