Partners Joel Holland and Peter Krzyzanowski of the One Corner Team at Keller Williams OneChicago bring 23 years of combined experience to their work across downtown Chicago and the city’s northern suburbs. “I knew I wanted to be in the people business,” Holland says of his real estate beginnings. “Understanding people, being an intimate trusted adviser to help people with something so important in their lives was a natural fit to connect my passion and my career, and real estate allows me to do that.” “A passion for Chicago and a desire to use that to help people in a meaningful way drove me to real estate,” Krzyzanowski says. “My entrepreneurial mindset has helped power that dream.” With varied backgrounds that include advertising, marketing, financial advisory and pit-trader positions, this duo combines sharp business acumen with a hard-earned toughness that wins clients’ appreciation and trust.
