Clark was searching for an entrepreneurial outlet to build a business after spending more than two decades working in fashion and beauty, and she found it in real estate. Of all Naperville agents, Clark had the highest average sales in 2020 and ranked among the top 1%. She sold upwards of $30 million and moved her business to Compass in 2021.
Clark specializes in fine and luxury homes in Naperville, her hometown of 27 years, and has mostly listed homes during her 17 years in real estate. However, she is now building a team of buyer agents who can service all categories of home shoppers, from first-time to move-up to luxury.
Knowing that it takes a buyer nine seconds after entering a property to decide if they like it or not, she makes sure first impressions are positive ones. An expert at staging and interior design, Clark pays attention to every detail, recommending any work and contractors needed to show the home in its best possible light. “I make the process seamless for clients,” she says. “I am easy to get in touch with, and I follow up quickly.” She markets every listing online with a movie set to music and featuring dramatic drone shots.
