Supported by virtual assistant Samantha Burns, Dennis and fellow brokers Hannah Roesch and Tom Mattingly, the Janelle Dennis Team consistently ranks among @properties’ top producers and in the top1%-5% of brokers every year by the Chicago Association of Realtors.

A founding agent with the company, Dennis joined @properties in 2004, when it had fewer than 100 agents and only two offices. To best assist clients, she holds multiple designations of higher education in real estate: Graduate, Realtor Institute; Real Estate Negotiations Expert; Accredited Buyer’s Representative; and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

Roesch joined the team in 2018, earned one of @properties’ Rookie of the Year awards and is now on track to have her best year yet to get her Rolex for over $10 million in personal sales. “Our team is great because we have different areas of expertise to make sure our clients get the best service possible,” she says. Tom Mattingly, a professional dancer and choreographer, joined the team in 2020 after switching careers. “The arts taught me that one problem often has a multitude of answers,” he says. “In a challenging market like this one, it’s important to think creatively.”

The team boasts multiple college degrees and a wealth of professional expertise in marketing and communications, which it uses in buying and selling homes for clients.
