Erica Conaty Goldman, Global Real Estate Advisor

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Extremely professional, data driven and a people person, Erica Conaty Goldman primarily assists luxury buyers and sellers in the North Shore but also represents first-time buyers, downsizers and investors. “We moved to the North Shore from the city over a decade ago,” she says. “Over this time, I have refined my understanding of the different aspects of each town, while promoting the fact that as a resident of the North Shore, you have multiple towns to explore, dine and shop in, no matter where you settle down.”

Since she works across the North Shore, she sees value in seeking out information from colleagues who specialize in particular suburbs, even if that means pulling them into a deal with her. “My role is to get your property sold or to help you purchase a property, whether it be your only one or part of your real estate portfolio,” she says. “And I will explore all options for doing so.” Hands down, referrals comprise a majority of Goldman’s business. Still, she doesn’t take every listing that comes her way. “I firmly believe it’s OK to say no,” says Goldman, a global real estate advisor with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “Just as there is a home for everyone, there is also an agent for every client.”

Goldman, a former marketing executive for NBC in New York, set a career record for production in 2020, with a handful of transactions reaching historic highs for the area. Named Jameson Sotheby’s 2020 No. 1 Residential Broker in Winnetka, she was the firm’s Rookie of the Year in 2016.

With a longstanding interest in philanthropy, Goldman serves on the board of the Concussion Legacy Foundation and holds an emeritus role on the Friends of Prentice Board.
