Diana Soldo Massaro was born and raised in Chicago to hardworking immigrant parents. Her unparalleled work ethic and understanding of real estate is deeply rooted in her family history of property management and investment. At an early age, she learned firsthand every aspect of the business, from maintenance to marketing.
Massaro’s passion for real estate is instantly noticeable. Her father told her long ago that she would be “great at this business, not only because you know how to sell, but because you have a good heart” —words that resonate with her to this day.
Before diving into real estate, Massaro worked as a professional photographer and an associate producer at Chicago’s NBC Tower for the Jerry Springer Show, where working 12 hours a day, six days a week prepared her for her rigorous workload in real estate. After joining Dream Town Realty, she quickly realized that helping people with real estate was “without a doubt” her calling. “Even in a down market like 2008, I managed to find success and also earned a Rising Star award from Dream Town within the first year of joining their growing family of agents,” she says.
Massaro attributes her success to dedication and her “old-school work ethic.” “I’m first generation and was raised by honest, hardworking parents who always seemed to have three jobs at a time,” she recalls. She says her entire book of business is “organically grown and purely based on referrals.”
“I do not pay for ads or any special marketing, I take care of my close-knit network, and would not do it any differently,” she says. “Referrals keep me on my toes, as it is such a privilege to be referred by friends and family. It is the best testimonial one can ever get. My clients tell me that I am their fiercest advocate and truly have their best interests in mind, and I wholeheartedly do.”
