With two decades of real estate experience, Dee Savic, broker with Dream Town Realty, has experienced it all. Whether she is representing buyers or sellers, she has yet to run into a challenge that she has not been able to solve for her clients. Part of this success is attributed to her vast knowledge of real estate and the market, and her belief in education — for herself and her clients. Savic is committed to personal growth, and is continually educating herself and employing the latest real estate tools and sophisticated technology so she can offer the best possible service and advice. Similarly, she approaches her client relationships as an educator, not a salesperson.
“I explain the process, set realistic expectations and educate them about values, market trends and dynamics in the specific area of their interest,” says Savic. “By the time they are ready to make a move, they are armed with knowledge and information that will allow them to make the best possible decision,” says Savic.
Clients who work with Savic are treated like they are her most important client. She shows this through her exemplary communication, responsiveness, honest feedback and transparency. “I have my clients back,” she shares. “To me, real estate is about helping people reach their goals and dreams and building lifelong relationships with clients who often become friends. No amount of commission is more important than my client’s well-being.”
During an experience that can often be stressful and emotional, Savic prides herself on making the process as smooth and seamless as possible. “Many times, I get clients who already worked with an agent who did not really understand what they were looking for,” she explains. Her honed ability to understand exactly what her clients need ultimately saves them time, energy and frustration.
Outside of real estate, Savic enjoys spending time with her family, and unwinds by rollerblading, biking, walks by the lake, nature hikes and attending kick-box cardio classes. She is also a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
