Caroline Chambers, Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Listening to clients and understanding their individual needs and goals are qualities that Caroline Chambers is particularly proud of. With almost four years of experience in real estate, she offers empathy and expertise as a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, where she specializes in first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, sellers and investors. Chambers sells condos, multi-unit properties and single-family homes on the North Side and in the suburbs.

Chambers was raised in the western suburbs and spent her childhood summers on her grandparents’ farm in Ottawa, Illinois. She’s lived in the North Center neighborhood — where she’s gotten to know local amenities and schools — for 18 years with her husband (a native Chicagoan) and children. She recently facilitated fundraising for a landscaped wall for Bell School by working with the local alderman.

Chambers’ earlier careers, working for people with disabilities, organizing fundraisers and managing the world’s largest indoor tennis club helped her develop skills that she carried into real estate. She began rehabbing properties, which led to her getting her broker’s license. “My previous positions involved working with large budgets and people from all walks of life,” she says. “In real estate, you always need to be conscious of the numbers and people’s needs. I have successfully closed some very complex deals and know how to anticipate issues.”

One of Chambers’ biggest professional accomplishments in the last year was securing a full-price offer for one of her seller clients with only one showing and one day on the market. Clients often mention her “get-it-done” attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to make the process of buying or selling a home fun.

Chambers considers herself a “lifestyle architect” who gets to know clients and their needs, priding herself on giving them her full attention. “I deeply care about my clients, and their goals become mine,” Chambers says. “I love connecting my friends and clients to improve their lives and businesses. I especially like supporting women-owned businesses.”

Outside of her career, Chambers enjoys pilates, platform tennis, going up to the Northwoods of St. Germain, Wisconsin and spending time in Scottsdale with family.
