You can’t build a home without first laying a solid foundation. That’s exactly what Carla Hill Pitelka is doing at CHP Home Group at Keller Williams Preferred Realty — laying the foundation to build a rock-solid real estate team. Currently a solo agent, Hill Pitelka is implementing processes and systems to prepare for explosive growth over the next few years.
Having spent almost two decades as a marketing executive, she now draws on her skills and past experience to help drive success in the real estate industry.
“When the opportunity presented itself to make a career change, I jumped at it,” she said. “Real estate was a natural progression for me because I could leverage my marketing and negotiation skills while getting to connect with people on a one-to-one basis and really make a difference in people’s lives.”
By making personal connections with her clients, Hill Pitelka can better understand what they need from their real estate experience. Many of her clients are either personal referrals or clients who had difficulty selling previously, for one reason or another.
“I am committed to complete transparency with my clients and making sure they understand where they are in the process every step of the way as well as what will happen next,” she says. “I tend to be very data driven and like to educate along the way so that clients feel prepared to confidently make strong decisions when buying or selling.”
Outside of work, Hill Pitelka enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and three little dogs, working on her home renovation and creating metal art.
