Bob and Diane Vanna of The Vanna Group have a special connection to local heroes, making a name for themselves throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs as the No. 1 team serving first responders for Baird and Warner companywide for the past two years. “The Vanna Group is driven by servant leadership principles,” they say. “Our clients’ happiness propels us to succeed above all else.”
Longtime Chicago-area residents, Bob and Diane have 17 years of experience in real estate combined, serving clients from all walks of life. In 2019, they created The Vanna Group to help clients reach their real estate dreams. Known for their market knowledge and ability to stay calm and focused while keeping the process fun, they consistently deliver personalized, concierge-level service. As a result, The Vanna Group achieved President’s Club sales status in 2020 and was recognized by clients for their stellar service.
Diane joined Bob in real estate in 2019 after 25 years of working in leadership roles for Fortune 100 insurance companies. She holds the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. “The skills I developed in the injury claims and litigation arena have helped me transition into the real estate world,” she says. “They prepared me to help customers manage the intricacies of a transaction while providing them with personalized care and support.” In addition, the skills she gained from years of giving corporate presentations have helped her improve upon The Vanna Group’s online branding.
