Alison Stogsdill, Assistant Vice President, Executive Account Manager

Chicago Title

Understanding the potential value of long-term partnerships, Alison Stogsdill knows that the initial sale is just the beginning. “Succeeding with a client far outweighs succeeding on my own,” she explains. As the assistant vice president and executive account manager at Chicago Title, Stogsdill handles residential and commercial transactions throughout Chicagoland.

Since joining Chicago Title in 2015, Stogsdill quickly showed her tenacious and enthusiastic approach to business and was named the company’s Rising Star in 2016. In 2018, she was responsible for the company’s largest percentage increase in overall business, and in 2020, she placed among the top 1% of its sales reps in the nation. She was recently selected to serve on the Chicago Association of Realtors Foundation board of trustees and has previously been featured in CS Modern Luxury magazine’s 2019 Most Dynamic Women of Chicago issue.

Citing top-notch customer service as her No. 1 priority, Stogsdill notes that her clients are most impressed by her solution-focused approach and her ability to facilitate a seamless transaction. Even during the pandemic, she and the rest of Chicago Title adapted to accommodate the industry’s new demands and ultimately came out stronger than ever. As part of their overall growth strategy, Chicago Title is returning to the North Side of Chicago and will be opening a new location on Belmont Avenue.

In addition to giving back within the real estate community through her role on the CAR Foundation board of trustees, Stogsdill supports Sarah’s Circle and Street Samaritans, two of Chicago’s organizations fighting homelessness.
