Alisa Levin, Realtor

Fulton Grace Realty

Everything Alisa Levin touches involves real estate. Whether she is working as a Realtor, running her firm, Levin Law Ltd., bringing order to a home with her organizing company, Arranged HomeWorks, or consulting through her design firm, AgencyRE Inc. — it’s all in her wheelhouse.

“My clients get a mini-contractor/architect/lawyer/designer/broker, and a staunch advocate — all in one zippy package,” says Levin, a broker with Fulton Grace Realty. In her work helping buyers and sellers in Chicago, Levin says, “I work hard to make sure clients enjoy the process, whether they see one place or 100.”

Levin assists clients at all levels. “We can discuss tile selection one day or structural changes the next. I am never married to where the wall is. I am focused on how my client can best use the space or deliver an amazing development or sell it.”

Super passionate about construction, she began her career in college working for a homebuilder and architect; she also worked in large-scale commercial construction. From there, Alisa earned a degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Masters of Law in Construction & Real Estate from UIC John Marshall College of Law. Along the way, she added brokerage and sales, design and consulting to her resume.

In all, Levin’s experience gives clients an edge because she sees each transaction from many perspectives, and every client benefits from understanding every angle. “I bring things to the table that clients didn’t know they needed but appreciate having, which is a seasoned advocate whose knowledge is on par, or exceeds, industry leaders.”

To gain any client’s trust she says, “I don’t sell anything other than myself. Thus, I must ensure that my clients enjoy the process of me. The homes sell themselves.” As for the rest, to get a feel for Alisa’s style, just jump in her car and see how she zips around Chicago, making each day count.
