Tracey Larsen, Broker

Coldwell Banker Realty

Continuing her family’s legacy in the real estate industry, Tracey Larsen is walking in her grandmother’s footsteps. Larsen regularly shares the knowledge and advice she received from her mentor with her own clients. “My grandmother was a Realtor for 40 years,” says Larsen, a broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. “She helped me buy my first home and the home I live in today.”

Focusing on the residential real estate market in the western and northwest suburbs of Chicago, Larsen, a resident of Fox Valley herself, serves a range of buyers and sellers while leading a small team of two.

Larsen is one of the top-producing agents in her office and cites referrals as fundamental to her success. “All my leads come from past clients, family and friends,” she says. “I am so grateful for them and the support they show me.”

For Larsen, intuition and responsiveness are both equally integral to her business model. “I am always available to answer questions and give advice,” she says. “If I am awake, and not with another client, I will answer clients’ calls or texts right away.”

Turning to a career in real estate after being a stay-at-home mom, Larsen has since accrued eight years of experience and is a recent recipient of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award. Larsen is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Realtor Association of the Fox Valley. Even with her busy schedule, she makes sure to maintain a good balance of business, family and fun and enjoys spending time with her loved ones at their summer lake house in Michigan.
