Born and raised on the far North Side of Chicago, Millie Rosenbloom lends her intimate knowledge of the city and over 25 years of real estate experience to her clients at Baird & Warner. Serving a range of sellers, buyers, investors, developers and builders — from first-time buyers to high-profile names — Rosenbloom, a broker associate, is involved in every aspect of the process, tailoring her approach to fit their needs. “My experience has given me lots of practice over the years and the mentality that I can work through anything,” says Rosenbloom. “I have done so many different types of deals and lived through many market ups and downs.”
Growing up watching her parents flip residential properties, Rosenbloom quickly learned to spot quality workmanship and promising investment opportunities. Her keen eye for identifying the very best has led to a network of reliable contractors, stagers and other vendors she can recommend to her clients.
Rosenbloom became the third female president of the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2001 and joined the organization’s hall of fame in 2014. Most recently, she received CAR’s Platinum award for her 2019 sales, including a $6.95 million sale at 9 W. Walton St. Rosenbloom is highly sought-after by the media as a local expert, having been featured by outlets including CNN and The Wall Street Journal.
Rosenbloom is a member of CAR, the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the River North Design District. She supports the nonprofit organization Facing History and Ourselves and the Brain Research Foundation. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, shopping, walking her Labradors and spending time with her husband.
