Lisa A. Purcell, Senior Home Lending Advisor

Chase Bank

Though challenges arise constantly in the lending industry, it’s the way Lisa Purcell reacts to those challenges that separates her from other lending professionals. For the past 35 years, her attention to detail and ability to build instant trust has kept clients coming back.

From the moment she graduated, Purcell knew she wanted to dive into the lending space. Starting a career in retail mortgage lending allowed her to utilize her natural gift for helping others and take advantage of a challenging opportunity to build a lucrative career. She spent over 20 years as a wholesale lender and switched to retail lending 10 years ago, now serving as a senior home lending advisor for Chase Bank.

Purcell continues to use her natural gift for making clients feel welcome within a relationship-driven banking environment. She understands that financing a home is one of the most important and challenging liabilities in life, and with this in mind, she listens carefully. In working to make the process seamless, she has developed repeat clients and customer referrals.

Purcell currently works in the northwestern suburbs but is licensed in all 50 states. She does all agency/conforming, jumbo and home equity loans, whether her customers are purchasing or refinancing. Last year, Purcell achieved her primary goal of increasing production. She worked with the idea that customers need more than an interest rate; they need a partnership for life. As a result of her efforts, she has consistently ranked among the top 5 home lending advisers in Chicagoland since mid-2019.

Purcell holds a no-fear outlook on life, both in a professional setting and outside of work. She raised two daughters, is looking forward to grandchildren, and rides her Harley with friends, family and fellow riding club members — having covered over 50,000 miles. Purcell has also been the director of a charity for individuals with special needs for the past four years and enjoys giving back to her community.
