Joel Miller, Broker Associate

Baird & Warner

Providing concierge service tailored to his clients’ specific needs, Joel Miller prides himself on going the extra mile to make buying or selling a home as stress-free as possible. “I want to be my clients’ trusted advisor,” says Miller, a broker associate with Baird & Warner serving clients on the Near North Side and in the Loop, South Loop, West Loop, River North, Streeterville and the northern suburbs.

A Chicago-based logistics and procurement management consultant for more than 15 years, Miller switched to real estate three years ago, combining his interest in the industry and architecture with his communication and negotiation skills. “I’ve always had a deasire to be in real estate and educate people about it,” says Miller, noting that, having relocated many times himself, he knows the value of setting clear expectations. “Working with a relocation company can be daunting, so I became a relocation specialist to ensure that others have a more positive experience than I did.”

Process-driven and easygoing, Miller is known for his calm demeanor, responsiveness and perseverance. Since the beginning of his career, he’s built his business through referrals and networking and earns the respect of his clients by arriving prepared and ready for anything. This year, he closed his largest transaction to date, a luxury condo at 1201 S. Prairie Ave.

Miller is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He and his wife support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, Greater Chicago Food Depository and their church. Together, they enjoy traveling and most recently completed their bucket list with an adventure in Australia. Miller also loves reading, cycling, golfing, attending sporting events, being a tourist in his own city, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
