From the initial consultation to the final handshake, Jessica Martini is a skilled real estate agent who thrives on helping people realize their real estate goals. “My first priority is always to understand my clients’ needs and to help them navigate the terrain that is buying and selling,” says Martini, a Realtor and certified staging consultant with d’aprile properties. The recipient of d’aprile properties’ 2019 Silver Key Award, she serves residential buyers and sellers, including investors and flippers, in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
In 2019, Martini sold $4 million in real estate, an impressive feat for an agent in their first year in a full-time role. “Honestly, I had no idea the way that business would show up for me as soon as I was ready to open my doors,” she says. “I just knew I had to go for it.”
Martini credits the achievement to her work ethic, her desire to constantly learn and develop herself, and a lot of faith that she could make it happen. “It was really an incredible thing to experience. I knew I had found my place. I’ve never felt so fulfilled in my work,” she adds, noting that she expects her business to double this year.
A veteran of the sales and hospitality industries, Martini brings her passion for helping others and client-focused attitude to the real estate industry. “My degree in psychology, combined with years in sales, has taught me how to analyze data and forecast trends, as well as understand what people need to feel confident making a big decision, such as buying or selling a property,” she says. “Real estate is the culmination of all the best parts of who I am. There was a time I wasn’t sure I could have a career that was also a passion. Now, every day, I am grateful to do the work that I do. I create success in my own life by helping others be successful in theirs.”
