Greg Viti and Rich Aronson, Co-Team Leaders, The AVE Group

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices

Realtors Greg Viti and Rich Aronson have been helping Chicagoans realize their real estate dreams for nearly 60 years. This focus has produced unique expertise in single-family homes, multifamily units, condominiums, investment properties and land transactions secured for development sites.

Viti and Aronson cover Chicago and its surrounding areas. The South Side is their current “hot” area, but since they grew up in Chicagoland, they confidently work it all, from the North Shore to the south suburbs. Supported by a diverse team, Viti and Aronson focus on client care; assisting with financing, layout and design; and staging properties for maximum value. They also preview properties to provide insights into cost estimates for improvements. Aronson loves selling million-dollar homes in Andersonville, and Viti, a third-generation Realtor, loves selling value-add multi-units to investors.

Prior to real estate, Viti learned sales as a restaurant server and in working in construction, while Aronson zealously advocated for his clients’ best interests as an attorney. The duo excels at navigating all types of transactions and situations, and as experienced advisers, they yield continued repeat business and significant referrals.

Aronson belongs to the Chicago Association of Realtors, Rogers Park Builders Group, Rogers Park Business Alliance and Southside Builders Association. He has won six Good Neighbor Awards from CAR and numerous awards from community organizations. He is also known for award-winning development and preservation work in Rogers Park. Outside of work, he and his partner of over 20 years have two beloved dogs and enjoy golfing.

Viti mentors new real estate agents, is a proud father of two, and raises money to help solve homelessness and for Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. He has been a board member of Oak-Leyden Developmental Services and the Porchlight Music Theatre and is currently on the board of the Friends of Jones organization. An active person, he enjoys golf, skiing and bicycling.
