Stefanie Ridolfo, Founder, LIV Real Estate Partners

Keller Williams Success Realty

As a first-generation American, Stefanie Ridolfo inherited a steadfast work ethic and an entrepreneurial dream. “I made the move into real estate because I wanted to build my own business,” says Ridolfo, founder of LIV Real Estate Partners at Keller Williams Success Realty. “If I was going to hustle every day, I wanted it to be for something that was mine and that nobody could ever take away from me.”

Specializing in the residential market of Chicago’s northwest suburbs, Ridolfo and her team offer a comprehensive approach to buying and selling. “Our team is hyperfocused on anticipating a client’s needs, reviewing the benchmarks in all of our timelines, securing checkpoints and putting people in place to streamline the process,” she explains.

For sellers, LIV taps a network of professionals to declutter, redesign and professionally stage a home prior to marketing the property, ensuring that it sells quickly and for the highest price possible. “Most sellers tell us now that their home looks so wonderful they don’t want to sell it,” Ridolfo says. “It is extremely important for us to position each client’s property in the best light in order to get the buyers emotionally attached.”

Ridolfo joined the real estate industry in 2015 after working for over a decade in corporate sales. Having developed an iron-clad resolve through years of cold-calling and cultivating relationships, Ridolfo arrived at her new role prepared for anything. “Building my real estate business is the hardest work I’ve ever done,” she says. “And because I love what I do, it doesn’t feel like work.”

In 2018, the Chicago Association of Realtors ranked Ridolfo among its top 1 percent of producers. She serves on the board of the Keller Williams Young Professionals Division and throughout the year runs fundraising events to support Cradles to Crayons as well as client appreciation outings to nurture LIV Real Estate Partners’ network of buyers and sellers.

Outside of work, Ridolfo spends as much time as she can with her family and friends. She also practices yoga to stay grounded and strong for her clients and loved ones.
