Patrick Teets, Broker

@properties

For Patrick Teets, understanding his clients and making sure their needs are met have been instrumental to his success. “I put my clients’ needs above all else and make sure that they feel comfortable and informed about the process and what they’re getting themselves into,” says Teets.

Working with a wide range of buyers, sellers and renters in the residential market as well as with builders and developers in land acquisition and the sale of new construction projects, Teets follows the business, regardless of where it may be. “I have done at least one transaction in almost every neighborhood and support my clients in whatever neighborhood they would like buy, sell, rent, develop or invest in,” he says.

In 2018, just two years after earning his license, Teets was ranked as a Top Producer by Chicago Association of Realtors and presented with the @properties Road to Rolex award for exceeding $10 million in annual volume. Within the last year, he has significantly grown his business, securing about $14 million in new-construction projects, including condominiums and single-family homes.

Before entering the real estate industry, Teets served as the demand manager for a consumer goods company. His analytical background has allowed him to advise both buyers and sellers in making wise investment decisions. The appeal of running his own business, having the opportunity for limitless financial growth, and being able to help people on a daily basis persuaded him to change careers.

Teets is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Top Agent Network and also holds a real estate license in Florida. He has served on the Auxiliary Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital for three years and has financially supported the institution’s clinical research programs.

In his spare time, Teets enjoys traveling, boating, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.
