Millie Rosenbloom, Broker-Owner

Millie Rosenbloom Company

Thirty-five years of working in real estate has brought Millie Rosenbloom to the closing table for nearly every type of transaction — experience that has laid the foundation for her success.

Rosenbloom, broker-owner of the Millie Rosenbloom Company with Baird & Warner, has unlimited passion for her clients. Specializing in sellers and buyers at all price points and experience levels, as well as in investors and developers, Rosenbloom has closed more than $1 billion in residential sales since the beginning of her career. “I love negotiating, and it has always been my greatest strength,” she says, adding that she’s navigated the market at its highest and lowest points and consistently delivers superior results regardless of industrywide sales trends.

More than three decades into her career assisting many high-level executives and prominent Chicago figures, there is always something new to learn. In the past year, she created a successful newsletter that is distributed to more than 1,500 readers each month. Its average open rate is 30 percent, and its click-through rate is 7 percent — both metrics that more than double industry averages.

A member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the River North Design District, she has been voted an MVP twice in Chicago Agent magazine’s Agents’ Choice Awards, named a member of the 2014 CAR Hall of Fame and featured among Crain’s list of 2019 Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers.

“Clients love how I am with them, involved from the very beginning to the very end,” she says. “I help with getting a home ready for the market, the listing process, and the entire contract and sales process — and I still keep in touch once the transaction is over.”

When she is not assisting clients and closing deals, Rosenbloom enjoys spending time with her husband and their two yellow Labradors, Mavis and Mabel. An avid supporter of Facing History and Ourselves, she believes using the lessons of the past and history-in-the-making events of today to teach students to make informed, ethical decisions will spark their desire to look beyond themselves and participate in the broader world.
