Izabela Sloma, Real Estate Broker Associate

Though Izabela Sloma held previous careers in lending and insurance, she knew she wanted to spend her days making people’s dreams come true. And since entering the real estate industry 12 years ago, she has helped clients navigate every step of their transactions.

Both of Sloma’s previous fields have translated well to the real estate industry, and her unique background has given her the opportunity to provide clients with the knowledge needed to purchase or sell their properties. As a real estate broker associate for Compass, Sloma serves buyers and sellers throughout Chicago.

As a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Sloma has earned recognition for her ability to provide a comprehensive and elegantly refined buying and selling experience. The Chicago Association of Realtors has named her a top residential producer every year since 2010. She has also accumulated more than $250 million in total sales volume, which places her in the top 1 percent of all Chicagoland agents. But while numbers are important to Sloma, dedication and the embodiment of a client-first philosophy are her highest priorities when approaching each transaction. “Lots of people seem to think that closing a deal is the best part, but they’re wrong,” she says. “Nothing is better — more rewarding — than moving day and helping someone begin their life in the home they’ve been dreaming of.”

Clients often describe Sloma as incredibly responsive and knowledgeable — someone who is truly on her clients’ side. Those she serves know they can rely on Sloma to consistently go out of her way, ensuring each transaction is as smooth as can be. Working in a “people-first” way is not just the method she uses to handle her career, but also a philosophy she carries throughout her day-to-day life.

Sloma currently lives in Chicago. Outside of work, she supports the community by giving to Chicago HOPES for Kids. She also enjoys exploring the city and trying out Chicago’s array of restaurants.
