Gloria Matlin, Broker Associate

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Although she typically works with buyers and sellers in the luxury market on the North Shore, Gloria Matlin loves assisting first-time buyers. Matlin, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has been in the industry for 31 years and is thrilled to now be joined in the business by her son, Zack.

“It has been wonderful, allowing us to expand to city markets, but also giving me more freedom,” she says of her newest hire. Every year since 1996, Matlin has been among the top
1 to 2 percent of the company’s producers nationwide, earning her membership in Coldwell Bankers’ President’s Club. Due to the large number of referrals she has received throughout her more than three-decade career, Matlin has reached a total of more than $700 million in closed sales. It also helps that she has embraced the latest tools and trends in technology to constantly stay in front of buyers and sellers.
In the past year, Matlin sold two listings that were on the market for more than three years. “The sellers were amazing to stick with me,” she says. “I listen more than I talk. Body language is a clue to watch in any situation.” In testimonials, clients describe her as trustworthy and capable of handling anything that comes her way.

An expert in new construction and luxury homes, Matlin holds the designation of Certified Relocation Professional and has become the go-to person for out-of-state buyers who are relocating to the North Shore. Her tagline, “On the go? Move with Glo,” is well recognized in the communities she serves.

A dedicated Realtor member and Cartus marketing specialist, Matlin also takes time to give back to the community. She is a proud member of the Glencoe Chamber of Commerce, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association and The Josselyn Center for Mental Health. She is also a past board member of Access Living and a liaison for the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation.

Matlin and her husband, Eric, have lived on the North Shore for more than three decades. Excited to be a grandmother, Matlin cherishes time with family and likes to unwind by visiting the beach.
