Boris Lehtman, Broker

Fulton Grace

After holding multiple sales positions and launching several e-commerce-based ventures, Boris Lehtman decided to apply his entrepreneurial spirit to real estate. “I spent three years living in Napa, California, witnessing firsthand the booming real estate market in San Francisco,” says Lehtman, a broker with Fulton Grace. When he had an opportunity to return home to Chicago and work with family and friends in real estate development, he took it.

That was three years ago. Today, Lehtman works primarily with developers on sourcing and selling new construction projects. He also represents luxury buyers, investors and other clients in Chicago and the North Shore. He also owns City Management Group, a property management company that serves condo boards and homeowners associations.

Lehtman is a licensed community association manager and dedicated Realtor member. Since joining Fulton Grace in February, he has been among the top individual producers at the company. “The satisfaction of getting buyers into the homes of their dreams is an accomplishment each and every time,” he says. “Buyers and sellers feel comfortable knowing that their investments are in good hands.”

Lehtman’s knowledge of quality construction and Chicago neighborhoods is instrumental to his success. “I try to get involved as early as possible in the development process, often from the land sourcing stage,” he says. “It allows me the opportunity to educate developers as to what buyers are looking for.” Similarly, this allows him to get buyers into developments early, often before the property has been publicly marketed, giving them the opportunity to customize.

Lehtman is proud to have sold all eight units in a new construction project called The Avenue, at 2730 W. Armitage Ave. in Logan Square. In just a few short months, he sold 12 of 17 units at his current project, Paulina Collection in East Village.

While studying at DePaul University and interning at UBS Wealth Management, Lehtman founded and built an e-commerce-based dental supply company. Since then, he has launched several other e-commerce, tech and healthcare-related websites. He recently moved from West Town to Northbrook with his wife and their three young children.
