Beth Repta, Founder

Repta Realty Group

For seven years, Beth Repta worked as a real estate analyst at Walgreens’ corporate offices. Her experience researching and strategizing where new stores should be located was second-to-none in terms of preparing for a career as an agent. Today, she brings that talent and knowledge to the field of residential selling.

As the founder of Repta Realty Group of Keller Williams Success Realty in Barrington, Repta works with a variety of clients throughout a large geographic area. She has worked in areas stretching from the Wisconsin border, east to Lake Michigan, south to St. Charles and west to Marengo. Her team has also served clients in almost all of the north and northwest suburbs. “There’s no one we won’t serve,” Rupta says. “We handle all types of properties, from small condos to large homes to multiple-acreage properties.”

Repta’s love of real estate data sets her apart, and clients know her team has the knowledge to understand the complexities of every transaction. This year, Repta’s team focused on listing qualified appointments in order to reach its goals, and this step has made it impossible to veer off track. For Repta, one of the proudest moments of the past year has also come from watching the members of her team carve their own paths to success. “It’s so fun to watch them rise up,” Repta says. “I hope to create a platform for them to continue to grow, set big goals and absolutely crush them.”

According to Midwest Real Estate Data, Repta was one of the top 10 agents in McHenry County and the No. 1 agent in Cary in 2018. She also received the Quadruple Gold Award from Keller Williams in 2017 and 2018.

Repta encourages each member of her team to get involved in industry groups and the larger community whenever they can. Collectively, the team is involved with several professional and volunteer organizations, such as the Women’s Council of Realtors, International Association of Home Staging Professionals, the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors and the KW Cares Foundation.
