Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Tracey Larsen knows that real estate can be an emotional rollercoaster. Even so, during every transaction, she remains level-headed and positive, helping her clients secure their dream homes without the expected stress. “We all have a common goal of selling or buying a property,” says Larsen, a broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in St. Charles. “I’m honored to be given the opportunity to be a part of these milestone moments.”

Born and raised in the west and northwest suburbs of Chicago, Larsen comes fully equipped with insider knowledge of the local markets, and she primarily works in the St. Charles, South Elgin and other Fox Valley areas with a diverse range of buyers and sellers.

Before earning her real estate license in 2012, Larsen worked as an administrative professional to the director of program management at Northrop Grumman, a government defense contractor in Rolling Meadows, from 1997 through 2002. She then became a stay-at-home mom, and once her kids were old enough to attend school full-time, she decided to follow in her grandmother’s footsteps and become a Realtor.

In January 2018, Larsen changed brokerages. “Change isn’t easy, but it brings new insights and new friends,” she says. “I’ve been so lucky to have always worked for such great brokerages.” Previously, in 2016, she expanded her team and took on a mentorship role, assisting her associate and sharing her knowledge of the industry, as well as her unique business strategies, in order to ensure that their clients were receiving the most efficient and individualized service possible.

Larsen’s status as a Certified Negotiation Consultant, as well as her aptitude for staging and interior design, consistently result in stellar testimonials. “When I have a client take time out of their busy lives to write a five-star review, I’m just blown away,” she says. “To read the wonderful reviews just warms my heart.”

Larsen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and supports her kids’ schools and her family’s church. “I love my family and friends and am grateful for the people that make me smile,” she says.
