Sherri Hoke aims to be the ultimate resource and advisor for her clients. As the vice president of sales at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Hoke helps buyers, sellers and investors with their real estate decisions and acquisitions. “For most people, buying a home or investing in real estate will be one of the most important purchases they’ll make for their future,” she says, “I aim to help ensure they make the right decision to achieve their goals.”

Hoke is a Chicago native, but calls on her experience living in cities around the country, such as New York City, Los Angeles and the D.C. area, to provide a unique perspective for clients looking to relocate to Chicago.

Hoke earned her license in 2010, during the Great Recession, while also buying and selling her own real estate in those years. This gave her a strong base for helping clients through market turns today.

For the past six years, she has been named a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors, and in the last year alone, she’s expanded her reach and referred clients to agents throughout the United States. “I’ve built relationships with agents in most markets where my clients come from or relocate to. This helps them rest assured they have a trusted resource regardless of where they are.” she says.

Known for her patience and empathy, Hoke prioritizes her client’s needs, and is known to ask a lot of questions in order to advise properly. She also takes an active role in staging and marketing, working directly with photographers to capture the property in the best light. Hoke’s multi-pronged marketing approach uses all forms of media including social media advertising, drone videos and interactive tours to help sellers and buyers coming from near and far.

Along with striving for professional growth, Hoke is equally committed to personal development. “One of my proudest personal accomplishments this past year is committing to an early morning routine before the rest of the world wakes up. I realized that when I feel healthy, calm and strong, it extends into every aspect of life and business,” she explains.

Hoke serves on the executive board for the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation. In her limited free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing tennis, and skiing with her husband and daughters.
