New Home Executives Corporation

Michelle Bendien has always had a love for new construction. It was this passion that drove her to leave her career in radio and begin working for a national builder as a new home adviser 25 years ago. Today, she is a managing broker with New Home Executives, a boutique real estate company that focuses strictly on the new home industry. She serves developers and builders, the general brokerage community by providing sales training, and homebuyers who prefer new construction over resale throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Bendien and her team are different by design. “Our desire is not to get bigger, but better — to focus strictly on our clients’ best interests,” she says.

With more than 50 years of combined experience working with local and national builders, Bendien and her team understand and appreciate the great financial commitment their builder partners take on. Having undergone sales, training, marketing and managing new home developments firsthand, they know how to compete and excel in challenging real estate conditions. “We are the next best thing to having an in-house sales, marketing and training team,” Bendien says. “Once we discover our clients’ needs, we partner with them to craft ideal solutions by tailoring the right program to build success and achieve sales goals.”

Bendien has been consistently recognized by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago as an industry top producer in new home sales. She has won the Diamond Award for sales averaging over $20 million annually, and for sales leadership with $232.8 million in sales. Clients value the commitment Bendien and New Home Executives have in providing world-class support and guidance. Bendien continually asks herself how she can improve and grow her skills. “I am a student of my profession, constantly seeking new and better ways to serve my clients,” she says.

Most instrumental to Bendien’s success have been her communication skills, which enable her to work and collaborate with a wide range of personalities. Her ability to adapt and respond given a particular person’s needs has proven incredibly valuable to her work in real estate. In addition to the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Chicago Association of Realtors and Professional Women Builders Council. Bendien is also an active supporter of the Wayside Cross Ministries, which provide transitional living programs for people who have lost their housing due to addiction, abuse or financial reasons.
