Kevin Kelly can tell when he’s shown his client the perfect home. “I feel like I have an innate sense of where a client should live,” says Kelly, a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “I take great joy in finding people the right places.”

Helping buyers and sellers within the South Loop, Lakeview and Lincoln Park residential markets, Kelly, a longtime local, combines his detailed neighborhood knowledge and real estate savvy with skills from his previous career on Wall Street to guide clients through the transaction. “I think my background as a financial advisor has given me a competitive advantage, as most people’s homes are their largest asset,” he says, explaining that he transitioned to the real estate industry in order to help people with their financial decisions and futures more directly.

In 2017, Kelly joined Jameson Sotheby’s Lincoln Park office, bringing his 14 years of real estate and love of the city with him. “The caliber of co-workers gives me a drive to be the best version of myself,” he says. “My clients know that I am real and will do my best to protect their interests. I am someone who enjoys helping others and values integrity and a strong moral center.”

Kelly was named a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) in 2016 and is a member of CAR, the Realtor Political Action Committee and the De La Salle Institute Real Estate Committee. He supports Chicago’s local churches and has been an avid baseball fan and baseball player for most of his life. “I’m a big fan of being outdoors and enjoying time with friends,” he says.
