Greer Haseman grew up in the Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie School of Architecture Historic District, so when she became a real estate broker, she knew she wanted to highlight every property’s history and set its future in motion. “Very early on in my real estate career, I knew I wanted to list these beautiful homes as they have such a remarkable story to tell” says Haseman, a broker with @properties who specializes in the Oak Park–River Forest market. “I know they are family homes as well as great pieces of art.”

As a longtime resident of the Oak Park–River Forest area, she comes to every transaction with pride in her neighborhood and its architecture. Haseman holds 33 years of real estate experience and has been recognized as a 5 Star Agent, as well as the 2011 Realtor of the Year from the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors. She is also one of 2018’s Most Influential Residential Real Estate Brokers in Chicago by Crain’s Custom Media.

In the last year, Haseman has sold several iconic homes, including Frank Lloyd Wright’s Laura Gale House at 6 Elizabeth Court, which was featured on the 2017 Wright Plus Housewalk in honor of the 150th anniversary of Wright’s birth. “This is a house I have loved walking by since I was a child,” she says. During the last year, she was also able to double her sales volume by harnessing @properties’ resources and actively sending and receiving referrals from within the company’s ecosystem.

Initially working in the advertising industry before transitioning into a career in financial services, Haseman came to real estate with a strong understanding of marketing, economics and technology, making her an asset to @properties and her clients.

Haseman is on the board of directors of the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors and is a former board member of the Oak Park Regional Housing Center. She is a financial supporter of Wild Horse Education, an organization dedicated to informing the public on the plight of wild horses and the need to defend public lands.

A lover of the outdoors, Haseman is a devoted skier and horseback rider and aspires to owning a horse once she retires.
