Five years into his real estate career, broker Dan Kieres has quickly established himself as one of the hardest-working agents in the business. His honest, charming and energetic personality have allowed him to consistently grow his business year after year, including a personal best of 28 homes closed in 2017, totaling over $10 million.
His passion for coaching and helping others achieve their dream of homeownership has recently led him to opening his own full-service brokerage, Northwest Real Estate Group, based in his hometown of Edison Park.
Over the past few decades, Edison Park has become an increasingly popular destination, mainly due to its reputation as a safe neighborhood, as well as its proximity to major expressways, its school districts and its diverse portfolio of well-established restaurants and nightlife options.
Kieres has always dreamed of bringing his real estate business to Edison Park, a place he has called home for 31 years. In addition to assisting his own clients, he is also heavily focused on the growth, development and success of his agents.
Dan is known for being part “bulldog” in business and part “softie” at home with his puppy, friends and family. His clients appreciate the experience he brings to the table as well as his tireless work ethic to secure the best deal possible for all of his clients.
When not selling real estate, Dan enjoys spending time with friends, family and his puppy Ozzie. Dan is also the seventh-grade boys’ basketball coach for Maine South’s Junior Hawks Feeder program. He is an active member of the Edison Park Chamber of Commerce and the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
