Connie Antoniou’s clients expect the very best, and she delivers that and more. “I’m a lifestyle broker and seem to thrive while working with the most difficult clients in the world, many of whom are my dear friends,” says Antoniou, a vice president of sales at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “They’re exacting and decisive; they know the results they’re seeking and hire top talent to help them accomplish their goals.”

Antoniou’s 33 years of unique luxury experience has made her one of the highest-sought-after brokers in the Barrington area. She has high-profile clients in Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, and from Antioch to Bull Valley. She is also licensed in Wisconsin and Iowa, and holds CIPS, CRS, CLHMS, GREEN, GRI and SFR designations to serve her discerning clients. Antoniou’s average list price is $1.82 million. Two of her most recent high-profile sales include a $3,999,999 sale in Antioch and a $3.750 million sale on a penthouse of the Aqua building.

“I have a lot of skin in the game for each one of my listings,” Antoniou explains, adding that despite the risk, she invests thousands of dollars to rep and market each property. “I hear time and again that my clients know I have their back and they’re ‘amazed by the amount of effort and care we put into getting their house ready for sale.’”

In 2017, Antoniou was awarded the prestigious Huzenis Award from Jameson Sotheby’s and ranks among the company’s top 10 agents. Two years prior, she merged her two Antoniou-owned and -operated Sotheby’s offices with Jameson Sotheby’s. She continues to deliver success with her team of licensed brokers including her stepdaughter Danielle Thompson, Jay Wilewski, and her son Tony Antoniou. “We have fun, work hard and give our clients concierge-level attention to detail while we help them purchase or sell luxury properties.”

Antoniou is a member of Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and North Shore–Barrington Association of Realtors, and previously served as director of both organizations. She is also a member of Powerhouse Smart and the National Association of Realtors, a Tri-Delta alum and a former member of the YPO Spouses Forum. She serves on the Professional Standards Committee for Illinois Realtors, and was the director of the Wynstone Property Owners Association and the Wynstone Golf Club. She is a current and past supporter of the Brookfield Zoo, Catholic Charities fundraising, and a family shelter service for battered women and children.

Antoniou loves her poodles Hera and Pandora, and her cat Athena. She’s an avid golfer and frequent moviegoer, and she hopes to resume playing tennis and horseback riding.

The stunning backdrop is Antoniou’s own listing in North Barrington for the co-founder of Apple’s Siri, located within the gated community of Wynstone.
