Cindi Sodolski is a natural-born advocate and advisor. As a broker with @properties, Sodolski ranks among the top 1 percent of Realtors in Chicago. Since 2013, she has been recognized annually as a top producer. “I love what I do!” she says. “When I am out with a buyer, or at showings or open houses, the day flies by.”
Working with a wide-range of buyers, sellers, and investors, Sodolski has six years of experience navigating Chicago’s housing market. She is both a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert. “I work day and night to make sure that my clients are getting the best service possible,” she says, adding that she strives to help clients focus on the big picture.
Before joining the real estate industry, Sodolski sold and marketed ultrasound equipment for Acuson, traveling to hospitals and clinics around the world country to teach physicians and their staff about advancements in ultrasound technology. After getting married and having children — a set of triplets plus one — Sodolski became a devoted volunteer on their schools’ committees, advocating on behalf of kids with special needs and life-threatening food allergies.
In her real estate career, Sodolski has been able to combine the lessons she learned in business with her passion for advocacy. “Spending years in medicine teaches a person patience, honesty, integrity, and to always be on the top of your game, no matter what,” she says. “My goal is to bring these skills to every deal.”
Sodolski is a Zillow Premier Agent and has earned a place in The Million Dollar Guild. She is also a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors, the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago and the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association.
Over the years, Sodolski has received recognition from Chicago magazine, and earned the Gold and Silver Awards for volume sold and the Bronze Award for units sold from the Chicago Association of Realtors. Sodolski was also named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in 2017. “My clients love that I am available and always willing to assist no matter what time of day,” she says.
Outside of work, Sodolski enjoys yoga, boxing, cross-training, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
