Catherine Dugan Labelle, Broker

Baird & Warner

Baird & Warner

As a broker for Baird & Warner, Catherine Dugan LaBelle ranks in the top 2 percent of the brokerage’s 2800 agents. She has achieved this by concentrating her efforts on helping her buyer and seller clients achieve their goals. “For me, real estate is more than listing and selling properties and earning a commission,” says LaBelle, a member of Baird & Warner’s Founders’ Club. “Real estate to me is participating in what is central to being an American. It allows me to be an entrepreneur and provide a special service to others as an advocate for their investment in the American Dream of homeownership.”

Having obtained her license in 2004, LaBelle has relied heavily on tenacity and deep desire to continually grow personally and professionally, which sustained her over the ever-changing landscape of the real estate industry over the last 14 years. Along the way, LaBelle has acquired numerous industry designations — CNE, CRS, GRI, LRS, SRES, SFR — all of which help her better serve her clients. In 2010, LaBelle became one of only 12 Realtors to attend the Illinois Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.

With a business focused in the western suburbs of Chicagoland primarily along the BNSF train line, LaBelle serves first-time homebuyers to seniors, investors to distressed property owners, luxury to relocation clients. She especially enjoys when she is able to serve family and friends. One only needs to look to her client testimonials — with statements of professionalism, market knowledge and responsiveness — to see why she is a 5 Star Zillow Premier Agent. LaBelle has also been a top agent in the La Grange Baird & Warner office five of the past six years.

Community service is also very important to LaBelle. She has served as a board member for the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and for the West Suburban Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the LaGrange Business Association and vice president of recruitment for the Tri-Delta Women’s Fraternity South Suburban Chicagoland Alumnae Chapter. She also sits on the Community Support Services Resource Committee.

“My belief is the one should always be giving back,” she says, adding that she donates a portion of each commission check to the Baird & Warner Good Will Network.

“We are either growing or dying, and I choose to grow!” LaBelle affirms.
