Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Amy Pritchard takes her role as an advocate for her clients seriously, and as a vice president of sales for Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, she’s known for her patience, loyalty, knowledge and responsiveness. With her Ivy League education and residential real estate expertise, Pritchard’s credentials and professionalism are unmatched. Working with sellers, buyers and investors in the luxury condo, single-family and multi-family markets, Pritchard runs a referral-based operation in Chicago’s most prestigious ZIP codes and micro markets.

Pritchard believes in supporting her clients through all phases of the buying or selling process, and anticipating their wants and needs so the results are consistently productive, rewarding and efficient. She credits her affiliation with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand for part of her success. “It is an impressive organization with incredible expertise, resources and global connections,” she says.

At the beginning of her career, Pritchard worked for a developer specializing in the mixed-use commercial sector. A little more than a decade later, she is an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Certified Negotiation Expert, a Seller Representative Specialist and a member of the Top Agent Network. She was most recently honored as Crain’s Custom Media’s Most Influential Residential Real Estate Broker in 2018.

From 2016 to 2017, Pritchard grew her business by over 324 percent, and in 2017, ranked among the top 1 percent of Chicago Realtors. She was also the top-producing agent in the Jameson Sotheby’s Gold Coast office. “I’m proactive and not reactive,” she says. “This mindset helps me prospect for new business and impresses both my buyer and seller clients.” She keenly understands the challenges people face when transacting real estate as well as current market trends – and makes it a priority to ensure her clients feel comfortable, confident and informed at all times.

This past year, Pritchard became more involved with volunteering at the Frances Xavier Warde School, where her two sons attend, and Cradles to Crayons, a philanthropic organization serving underprivileged children.
