Aaron and Amy Galvin founded Luxury Living Chicago Realty in 2007 to provide customers with personalized five-star service. As CEO and Managing Partner, respectively, Aaron and Amy lead a team of loyal real estate professionals, ensuring the company’s continued success through direct engagement with their employees as well as their clients.

Working with renters, buyers, sellers as well as with developers, owners and operators of multifamily properties, Luxury Living Chicago Realty exclusively markets, leases and sells new construction development projects and high-end condos and apartments in downtown Chicago and the surrounding areas.

“Our biggest accomplishment in the past year was launching exclusive lease-up projects at nine multifamily developments in Chicago between the months of January and April,” they explain. “At the end of 2017, we knew we had these projects that we needed to launch, lease and market and we would need to aggressively hire in order to do so. Since November 2017, we have added 20 new people to our team, effectively doubling the size of our brokerage.” This was also the first year that they signed a deal to market and represent a condo development.

“We could not do what we do without the amazing women and men that make up the Luxury Living Chicago Realty team,” they say.

Prior to founding Luxury Living Chicago Realty, Aaron was a sales account manager for Anheuser-Busch, then a Regional Account Manager for brands like Kahlúa, Canadian Club and Maker’s Mark before starting his real estate career in 2003. He has been among the Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producers since 2012 and is among the top 1 percent of producers in the Platinum Rentals category.

After graduating from college, Amy was an account executive at Weber Shandwick and worked on the Got Milk? campaign. She then transitioned to Burson-Marsteller in the brand marketing division.

They are members of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Investment Association, and the proud parents of 8-year-old Mia and 6-year-old Lana.
