Weichert, Realtors – Goodchild Homes has announced that the agency will host a Land Contract Workshop and training, open to anyone. The date of the event is Thursday, March 7, from 7 to 9 p.m. Instruction will explain the benefits and considerations of various land contracts, along with when and how to use them.
