The Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) will be hosting a breakfast meeting on March 12 at Maggiano’s Little Italy, titled “EB-5 Raising Foreign Investment Capital for U.S. Real Estate.”
The Federal immigration and naturalization program, EB-5, encourages foreign investment in the United States through the issuance of permanent Green Cards for qualified projects that produce permanent jobs. REIA has assembled a group of specialists and experienced developers to discuss how you can get involved.
Moderators will include E. James Keledjian, principal at Pathway Senior Living LLC and Neil Freeman, CEO of Aries Capital LLC.
In addition, a panel discussion will include Larry J. Behar, EB-5 immigration attorney at Behar Law Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Gary Gorman, developer at Gorman and Company, Madison WI, Terri Preson-Koenig, principal at Baker Tilly in Madison, WI/Chicago and Angelique Brenner, managing director for EB-5 Capital in Washington, D.C.
This meeting is open to all individuals in all sectors of the real estate industry. The cost for members id $35.00 and non-members is $55.00
