On December 6, the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR) will be hosting a proficiency course for salespeople and brokers. The course material will cover a wide variety of Illinois and Federal laws used on a regular basis by real estate professionals.
The course, which will be instructed by Lori Cox and will provide three hours of CE credit, is designed to help professionals review the fundamentals of real estate. The course will help professionals pass the salesperson to broker and the broker to managing broker proficiency exams.
The salesperson proficiency section will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 2 p.m., while the broker proficiency section will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. The cost of the salesperson proficiency training will be $123.75 for NSBAR members and $145 for non-members. For the broker proficiency training, the cost will be $131.75 for NSBAR members and $155 for non-members.
