The Northshore-Barrington Association of Realtors (NBAR) will be hosting a course called “Who Is My Client? Agency License Law-Cor 1656.” The course will be held on January 12.
Instructed by Stacy Deemar, the course will begin on the 12th at 1:30 p.m. and will conclude at 4:30 p.m. It will be held at the NSBAR Northbrook office.
Deemar will review agency, licensing requirements, compensation and business practices, escrow requirements and disciplinary provisions. Deemar will introduce the following six case studies during the course: “Customer or Client,” “Dual Agency Issues”, “Exclusive Brokerage,” “Minimum Services Issues,” “Who’s My Broker?” and “Escrow Issues.”
The class will be worth three Cor A CE Credits. For NSBAR members, the cost will be $39. For non-members, the course will cost $54.
