The North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors will be providing the course “Current Trends and Practices in Fair Housing, Cor 1666” at the Northbrook office on December 15.
Instructed by Wayne Paprocki, the course will present a variety of federal, state, county and local fair housing acts along with the protected classes currently being enforced in Illinois. Group discussions and analysis will center primarily around recent court cases and the impact they have had on housing providers and tenants. Paprocki will also lead a discussion on specific trends that have been impacting fair housing.
The course will run from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the 15th. NSBAR members will be required to pay $39 while non-members will be required to pay $54 for the course. The course is worth three credits.
